Experience
LOS ANGELES 2012- : Math & Physics tutor with 3 top companies: Atelier Tutors Ivywood Tutors Strommen Tutoring NEW YORK 2006-2009: The go-to Math & Physics tutor with 3 top companies: CATES Tutoring, Senior Associate Tutor Greenwich Tutors Teek Fellowship FAIRLEE, VERMONT 1998-2011: Summer camp counselor for 11 summers. After graduating Brown in May, I moved here to pursue a film & TV career as an actor, and I tutor to support that pursuit. That was my "survival job" in New York for the 4 years I was there before grad school, and it's proven to be quite enriching to have a survival job that I actually love too. I love working with kids (my many summers as a camp counselor honed that passion), and love the ways in which acting and tutoring overlap & feed each other; among other things, they both involve using persuasive communication to open people’s eyes to new ideas & ways of viewing the world.

Hobbies
Aside from acting, I am of course I huge fan of being a viewer of theater, film, and TV - they entertain me endlessly but also enrich my soul. But aside from the arts, I also love camping, hiking, ultimate frisbee, tennis, cards, and games of all kinds. I love spending quality time with friends and sharing laughs. And really, I love working with kids (as evidenced by my summer camp addiction), as I'm kind of just a big 30-year-old kid at heart.
