I strongly believe that equipping students with confidence and skills in high school will enable them to make a smooth transition into college. Although I can tutor many subjects, I choose to focus on science due to my background in health and medicine. After I completed college, I became a Health Educator in Los Angeles where I work with teens. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In college, I mastered the skill of communication. I am able to connect and convey my ideas to many people of diverse backgrounds. I am also accomplished as an instructor, in course preparation, and time management. Currently, I live in Hollywood, California and tutor Precalculus, Trigonometry, all levels of Algebra, Calculus 1, AP Calculus AB, Geometry, Middle School Math, Elementary Math, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Social Sciences, and Life Sciences. I also tutor English, Essay Editing, and Reading. In my free time, I enjoy alternative health and staying active through swimming, cycling, running, and exercise, making healthy recipes, and studying psychology and medicine.
