I have tutored children of all ages and adults for the past 6-7 years in english (reading, writing, grammar), dance as an instructor, theater, audition work, public speaking. As a tutor, I love watching the lightbulb of knowledge go off in my students heads. Its a very precious thing because it lets me know that I am truly getting in touch with a part of their brain they didn't think they could access on their own. The idea behind the way I teach is to help my students realize their full potential through positive reinforcement and self discovery. Because learning isn't just about finding the answer its about knowing how you got there and successfully getting there again. I want them to know that the knowledge they seek is already within them, we just have to unlock it!

I am a working actress. I love my job and have come to understand so much about it through my love of literature, writing, and children. I spent the first half of my twenties teaching and loved it but decided that after moving to LA it was time to pursue my dreams. My career is fast paced and because of that my time management, organization, and social skills have to be top notch. I work hard and as a tutor do the same for each and every one of my students. I want them to be able to believe in themselves the way I learned to believe in myself. As a mentor my goal is to lead my students to success.
